Welcome to Palmpay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, and User Consent policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Palmpay provides digital payment solutions including UPI, card, wallet integrations, and biometric-enabled authentication services. Services may change or be updated without prior notice.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse biometric or payment data

5. Privacy Notice

We collect personal, financial, and biometric data to provide secure services. Your data is handled in compliance with applicable Indian laws and is not shared without consent except as required by law.

6. Biometric Consent

By using Palmpay, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of biometric data (such as fingerprint or palm recognition) for authentication and fraud prevention purposes.

7. Payments & Transactions

All transactions are processed via authorized payment networks (UPI, cards, wallets). Palmpay is not responsible for failures caused by banks or third-party providers.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the policies of the respective payment provider or merchant.

9. Limitation of Liability

Palmpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
